Terms of Service
Agreement to Terms
By using this website or engaging Lead Development for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
Services
Lead Development provides digital marketing services for local businesses, including website design, Google Business Profile optimization, directory listings, review generation, and monthly management packages. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements or proposals provided to each client.
Payment
- One-time project fees are due as outlined in your proposal (typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion)
- Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month
- Late payments may result in a pause of services until the account is current
- All sales are final on completed work. We do not offer refunds on delivered services
Client Responsibilities
To deliver results, we need your cooperation. You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information and access credentials when requested
- Respond to requests for content, feedback, and approvals within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure you own or have rights to any materials you provide us (logos, photos, copy)
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project (website, copy, graphics). We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
No Guarantee of Results
We work hard and stand behind our work, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, call volumes, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on many factors including your industry, competition, location, and how the site is used. We guarantee quality execution — not search engine outcomes.
Cancellation
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. One-time projects cannot be cancelled once work has begun beyond the deposit stage. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed at the agreed rate.
Limitation of Liability
Lead Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid to us in the 90 days preceding any claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in El Centro, California.
